How I got started using essential oils
In 1996 I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils and I fell in love with the oils right away! I don't think I think a day has gone by since then, that I haven't used or diffused my essential oils. I was also looking for a natural ways to improve my family's health and live a chemical free lifestyle, we soon noticed how effective essential oils are in helping deal with: Supporting our immune systems, promoting relaxation, alleviates occasion irritability, easing occasional stress and feeling overwhelmed, and so much more!
